Personalised pieces

Pieces personalised with a birth year (the Est. Your Year hoodie, tee and sweatpants) are made for one person and can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective or printed incorrectly. The standard 30 day terms below apply to non personalised pieces.

Returns within 30 days

You can request a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping

We provide a return label for every approved return or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item, less a 1.5% restocking fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges carry no restocking fee. Tell us the size, colour or item you would like instead and we will arrange it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or printed incorrectly, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will put it right.
